Absolutely with you on this with regards to Alli and Dier. The pair of them are not consistent enough to think that they are trophy winning players. Kane on the other hand has been poor these last couple of weeks, but overall worthy of a trophy winning side. He should've owned up that he wasn't fit for the penalty though.
