I get that but Sissoko on the right isn't working. If we pull him inside, we need someone else there, the obvious choices are Son and Lo Celso.

If Sissoko on the right isn't working why change what obtensibly is working (GLC central). You change what isn't working ie. Sissoko on the right for someone else. We have other wide options, Moura for example or even Dele if we think he can do a job.
