***OMT Tottenham Hotspur vs Emirates Marketing Project ***

Maybe it was a tactic to ensure that Haaland doesn't come on straight away in the 2nd half?

I cannot fathom why Gray goes towards the guy that Romero is marking, it just doesn't make sense to me. Vic also diving into his goal is a bit odd as well...

I don't get it either, but lets say fair enough. There are still 28 other players who could track the person who has 15 hours to strike the ball

Romero isn't marking him. He runs in off Johnson and Gray has to pick him up.

Just saying we were 2 0 up, pep didn’t change anything, why would you expect ange to?
I saw Pep give multiple players instructions

They are also a team that was controlling the flow of the game, and have repeatedly come back from deficits to win.

We are a team that repeatedly gives up the ball playing out from the back. Against the best pressing team around, we had also been under pressure for at least 10 minutes due to trying to go short.

I'd expect my manager to react to that with 4 mins to go to half time.

Silvinho was free at the far post all half as well...

We don't even do Sunday morning defending at times....

I can remember us playing , and beating, Emirates Marketing Project at our place 6 or 7 years ago.... We looked most dangerous when their keeper had the ball and they tried to play out from the back.... That is us now.

There were two City players out on his side, it almost looked like he was running away from where the danger was....

Romeo wasn't marking the guy who scored? Yeh I know, he had his guy covered and Gray just fancied a chat or something, entirely vacated his space and was punished.

Edit - Johnson could've done more though I get that.

You saw pep because sky constantly turned the camera on him.
We take risks and draw city onto us and break.

I know we are winning but its just so frustrating that we see the same mistakes over and over. Ange standing with his hand in his pockets shaking his head riles me too. I hope he rips into them at half time and at least gives them a few instructions for the second half

Well, if someone had asked you 'would you take being up on City 2-1 at the half?' you all would have snapped their hands off.

It's been an interesting game so far against as good an opponent we could expect to play. We have half time to make adjustments and plot out a winning strategy.
