I think it's fixed. Craig Bellamy apparently let it slip yesterday that City were going to draw Burton.
The draws City keeps getting .. first CL then this … must not buy into conspiracy theory ...
Not really, as we'd be playing them next anyway.
If clough beats them over 2 legs he should get the Man U job!Tbh. We drew Burnley two times ago and nearly f#cked that semi-final up. Then last one was Sheffield United, and Eriksen saved us that night. Plus we jsu bagged Tranmere in the FA Cup. Getting Burton was asking a bit much I suppose
After Rochdale and Newport last season, might suit us better knowing we cant coast through the tie.
fck Alex Scott too. She's only on telly because of 'diversity'. Goon b*tch!
Play the kids. Tonight was important. chelsea and the final not so much.
Alex Scott is actually a better pundit than most of the established lot, I'd rather listen to her than a lot of the others. Her problem tonight is that she is in no way impartial, which is fine for neutral fixtures but not so much for this game. Even Alan Smith has toned it down over the years to remain quite unbiassed when commentating (wasn't always the way).
More likely that Bellamy assumed it was a bracket rather than open draw.
Players can have a rest in the 3rd round of the FA Cup. Beating Chelsea in a cup semi final is very important.
To be fair though she is upfront about it and doesn't try and hide it or make excuses. It's the narki commentator I hate who almost orgasm when we looseAlex Scott is actually a better pundit than most of the established lot, I'd rather listen to her than a lot of the others. Yes. Something I think they should drop imo, go back to neutral grounds ie not Wembley like the FA cup used to...
Unfortunately yes... which makes it 7 fixtures in January!
