If we are looking to get the best from the current set, it needs a "boss" type manager - one can motivate and nurture whilst simultaneously being an authority figure. And even then, I think half of our squad would just sulk. I really think our biggest weakness is mentality.
Frank is more tactician - that's hard to achieve with a random squad lacking confidence and questionable ability.

Who would be your choice for a change?

I agree in the sense that I think we have a bloody awful mentality, too to bottom in the club.
 
Another advantage played by the ref. Then brought back late and a card given! If you play advantage you don't get a card. Ffs ref.
 
You can blame TF for a lot of things but the tinkle poor passing is all on these overrated and over paid players.

Its just young inexperienced players. He's done quite well, but showing his inexperience. We can carry one of those kinds of players in attack. But we have 3. Muani is experienced but not settled in the slightest.
