I like Toby a lot, but thought Toby looked slow tonight, when he pressed into midfield to make a challenge, there was no cover from Sissoko/Winks (as Hojbjerg would) and he took a long while to get back into position. We can get away with that against Wolfsberger but not Premier League attacks.

Even today Dier came pretty close to getting himself sent off. Even today there were a couple of situations where their strikers found themselves unmarked when good or even decent balls came in.

I agree they're probably the best option, though difficult to know where Rodon is at. But it looks like slim picking all around right now.

He looks decent in the box. I’m not sure about his hold-up play; a fair bit seems to bounce off him. He’s done enough, though, to suggest we shouldn’t be flogging Kane for 90 minutes in every PL game.
