***OMT - Tottenham Hotspur v Swansea City***

I am not a fan of our pointless shooting we often see when we run out of ideas, but surely today is a day you try it.... The Swansea keeper isnt really Mr safe hands is he?
Would be ideal for Eriksen to curl some of his pinpoint low shots at the corners, for Fabianski to miss/palm out into play

why do we always take quick short freekicks instead of whipping them in? Ref told us to retake, giving Eriksen time to whip it in. boom! goal chance. Why don't we do this more often?

Think you see why Serge and Snakey mcsnakeface are better for the system, they offer more thrust - too much backwards passing.

You have a lump in the middle, try and cross it...

Pitch is horrible but we have been quite sloppy with the ball even considering the conditions. Need to try and be more controlled second half.

He managed to score, but Llorente's play in general has been abysmal imo. Tough conditions, but if we can get 0-2 up then we kill the game.

Overall, a pretty good half from us, set-pieces look like they will be the key to this game.

We'll have the wind to our backs next half, will stop the long ball clearance for Swansea and make it harder for Flapipantski to judge the flight of our shots. Can see us getting 3 next half.

Decent half from us in difficult conditions, but not creating a lot of chances. Bit lucky to be ahead from an offside goal.

Giving Alli or Eriksen a shorter game bringing on Winks or Wanyama makes sense for me. Not getting a lot so far from Eriksen and Alli playing in these conditions. Must be tiring too on this pitch even though we're dominating.

I like your style, and hope you correct

We must not give them set piece play in dangerous positions or corners, I don't think that they can score from open play.

Dirty Sanchez needs to be careful on a yellow and sliding all over the place.

Having read Poch's book, I am now at one with him, a Zen-like mastery of what decisions he will make. I know for a fact he will have told his team to be brave, keep trying to pass, keep trying to take people on, be brave with the ball, don't give away freekicks, push high defending, push them back and play in their half, be brave, press them, always show for the ball, always try the brave pass, be brave, be a man and enjoy it and express yourself.
