** OMT Tottenham Hotspur v Southampton ** Sunday 15 December 7pm.

Johnson is absolutely knackered.
He's flummocking around like a bag of spanners.
Surely Lankshear can provide that level of closing down etc??? Why thrash Johnson for THIS?

Yup, if our youngsters are worse than those walking wounded and can’t even be trusted to hold onto a 5-0 lead against the worst team in league then don’t bode well for their futures.

Bergvale looks off the pace here
I said in the pre season games he looked a bit sluggish and I didn’t think he had a turn of pace. Thats not me criticising a young player, it’s just very hard to develop that.

Coaches I’ve worked with have said you can improve the first 5 yards but overall pace is difficult to improve.

But there’s been many good/great players that don’t have speed so it’s not a total game changer.

tinkle poor management
But also… we don’t actually have many wide players on the bench and I’m all for resting Sonny
But his lack of use of the in house youngsters is poor IMO

Lots of strange decision just like the Rangers game. Why bring off both Bissouma and Bentancur in that game when they couldn't play today and were our only two no.6s ?
Same today , why keep both madders and Deki on and take Son off ?

He looks like he's bulked up and lost a yard of sharpness/ pace. He will naturally fill out. Club trying to fast track him when he's not ready ?

Spence keeps stretching out his hamstrings. 25 minutes left to go.
I think we're going to be crawling around the pitch soon.
