Kane and possibly Son aren’t too bad in that area, or so I’m told....
You need someone to create for them and we have no passers on the pitch. Lamela is gonna need to be at his very best because Jesus we are devoid of creativity.

The forward 3 are going to have to do it for themselves [emoji21]

The optimist in me says 4-3-3. My lemons tell me it'll be some hybrid mish-mash formation with Kane flicking the ball onto Lucas and the rest of the team playing hopeful diagonals to our full backs.

It looks like 4-4-2 to me. He normally plays Lucas up top.

Has to be 4231 surely. <prays>

If he tries to crowbar a fudging diamond into that team then I’m going to cry!

In reality, as long as Poch doesn’t play a forced crappy diamond, and has a defined two in the engine room, I think the positioning of the front 4 will be largely extremely fluid.

So assuming Winks ‘sits and plays’ and Sissoko sits next to him - but sometimes has the role of breaking up the pitch - then I’d expect to see Kane as the focal point with Lamela + Son + Lucas swapping around in space behind him.

I’d also expect to see Kane drop into deep into a #10 from time to time and then both Lucas and Son taking turns to be furthest forward.

Right then.

Warrington win the RL Challenge Cup
United lose at home
Arsenal lose (although I could have lived with a draw)
England beat the Aussies.

Up to you Tottenham for a Carlsberg weekend
