OMT ** Tottenham Hotspur v Monaco ** 22/10/25.

I'd rather see Kudus playing central midfield - a la Dembele or Lucas. He can win the ball and run with it or pass in any direction. He'd also be a menace in the box.

Leaves Johnson (with Porro) on the right and Richarlison (with Spence) on the left.

The striker spot ... well, not sure who we've got fit, but there'd be better quality and quantity of balls to whoever it is.

Yes. Also we don't need to persist with a front 3 with a #10 behind.

We could have 2 together up top and 2 #10s behind.

We could have 2 wide players up top and 2 #10s behind.

We could have 2 up top and 1 #10 behind, allowing 1 other player elsewhere e.g. midfield who would contribute more than the current "Mr Fanny About and Achieve F*ck All".

Remember when we played City away with Sarr as a false 9 and forward players coming from all directions?

There are lots of formations available, to maximise who we have AND who we don't have.

E.g. our forward line could achieve more with a 460 but get all of Palhinha Bentancur Sarr Bergvall and Gray on the field. Rather than playing too many "Fanny About and Achieve F*ck All" players.

I just hope we don't have to see Phalinha and Bentancur together again anytime soon. Would be nice to see Gray starting.

I have to admit I'm really disappointed witht the way Frank is handling Xavi. Start him v Villa in the 10 and play U shaped football so he sees none of the ball centrally and then drop him for tonight.
