Maybe you don't, but football is international. It doesn't matter where a player comes from. All that matters is their quality, their attributes and how well suited to your requirements they are. So for me I honestly don't care, I'd sign a Mongolian sheep farmer if he's good enough.But people don't trust anyone from the Scottish League, probably rightly so 9 out of 10, but there's a lesson to be learned there.
The key part of course is that analysis to determine if a player is indeed good enough, but I don't really care about how the fans feel. How they feel doesn't make a material difference to the quality of the player.
