***OMT*** Tottenham Hotspur v Hull City, Saturday 1st February 15:00

As I said, Lennon is the key here. He really needs to be setting up chances. Is he taking men on and getting in behind them?

Getting involved centrally. We are not stretching the game on the right. Credit to Hull showing him infield.

Dawson again went to challenge Jelavic for the ball - I think Sherwood has told Dawson to challenge Jelavic for the flick ons and told Vertonghen and Walker to chase Long for the flick on.

So perhaps Dawson was following orders for the goal, but Jelavic beat him to the flick, so it was Vertonghen's fault for not tracking Long's run? Not sure.

absolute comedy show at the back. how are we suddenly two on two?

i don't think it was a foul by dawson but he's just so agricultural and clumsy that everything looks like a foul.

Soldado doing nothing. Adebayor having to drop more to pick up the ball to leave him to get in the box and Ade is more of a threat. Eriksen not in the game out wide at all. Half time I would take Soldado off. Eriksen in behind and Siggy on on the left. We need more guile in front of their box to open them up. And Eriksen is that man.

Holy crap, so many lousy passes from Daws and Verts, they really need to pick it up soon.

fair play to hull i suppose: they appear to have bought players in positions they need and are playing them. seems like a good policy to me.

If we get something from this game it will be a great achievement. A massive test.

At the moment we look desperate. Unsure.

Soldado clearly out of confidence.
