Porro giving Doku the time and space to make him look like prime Messi
Johnson, a total and utter waste of space
Tel is not a CF, we know that

Bergvall at least is trying to be positive, Gray too with some good attempted longballs

Kulu, Spence, Sarr on at HT for me
It's not Porro, it's the tactics.

If it was Spence it would be the same, Udogie is doing it on the other side

Something has to counter for Udogie never marking the winger on his side.

The only time our full-backs have ever tracked opposition wingers was when Postecoglou realised the entire team was too exhausted to press like madmen for 180 minutes every week.

Looks like we’ve reverted to pure KamikAnge-ball now that he has enough of squad at his disposal again. Hopefully €iteh will do their usual and collapse in 2nd half.

Yeah it is the tactics. We push up and tuck in. When it breaks down the full back has to get back and across and the winger doesn't assist.

The last attack when Bergvall came back with Porro. Doku turned back and passed it.

It's a wingers dream to be 1v1 with a back pedalling defender. Which is why you try and make it not happen, instead of it being a feature of your system.

Makes ever less sense when the full back tucks in to help defend the cross but cause the winger doesn't come back there is now a spare man in the box.

My fear was always that as bodies returned. Ange would revert to full Kamikaze Basketball tactics.
