***OMT - Tottenham Hotspur v Chelsea, Tue May 19th, 8.15pm, Stamford Bridge ***

I can’t see Saudi Sportswashing Machine getting anything against the Spammers. They’re in brick form and have nothing to motivate them, whereas Spam will fight for their lives. I think we’re going to need at least a point from this, and the battle will go on until the last day. fudge me. bricking bricks already.
Chelsea are in worse form than Saudi Sportswashing Machine. Last game of the season at home, hopefully will look to sign off there on a good note.

Liverpool are making a virtue out of sticking with their current manager. They’ll soon learn.

Yep, just as we maybe have too? We wanted him from Ajax, were upset he turned us down, and then last season were praising him and saying we missed the boat.

They've played well at Arsenal and Forest without getting the points they deserved. They'll want to finish their last home game on a high and are more than capable of beating West Ham.

Thanks. I haven't seen them at all this season, bar the matches against us. I hope you're right!

Poch?
Btw, wasn’t Alonso available to us a couple of times…and yet the reaction in here was, might one say, luke warm?

I’d guess that was more to do with knowing that he wouldn’t want to join us. He turned Leverkusen right around showing how good a manager he is. Real Madrid just isn’t the place to judge managers necessarily due to there vejiga a whole bigger context there.

after watching the fa cup final, i could not tell if chelsea were holding back or they weren't into hard running.
however it was a tough game for them and their midfield just couldn't/wouldn't click - though their defence was very well organized.

the good news is they don't seem to have quality depth - gnarcho and delap just looked out of place when they came one. also joao pedro seemed to be suffering cramps quite early in the game. caicedo had a frustrating game too and gave away cheap fouls.

bad news is that pedro neto is back and their defence is solid. quite honestly, against Leeds. we could not get more than 2 shots on target with the majority of possession, so predict it to be a hard watch and a scrappy match with many hard battles in the centre of midfield.

statistically its about time for richy to score, us to get a penalty and chelsea to get red cards. so there is still hope.

Yeah, think they've only just moved to that back 3 since Colwill came back from injury.

Have read a few places he starts 1st July, is that correct?

If so, this could go either way. Their last 2 matches are essentially dead rubbers and with an interim manager they know will be gone.

The key issue will be can they raise their game based purely on wanting us relegated. They’ll want to, but do they have it in them…

a number of them are also going to the world cup so will want to avoid injuries.
real life case of Estevao who ripped his hamstring just last month.

I reckon their fans and the stories they are telling themselves about being responsible for us going down will reach the team and the players and they will feel well up for it. Hopefully not more than us though.
