Problem has been when it's made us predictable. Stop Kane turning when receiving the ball deep on the break, stop most of our attacking threat.

Now things are looking better. Ndombele brings so much quality deeper, Bale of course and having our best full backs available.

On Son being further forward, sometimes Moura, possibly Alli if he gets games. I think it's mostly about getting the best out of the players we have. Kane does everything so he can play wherever.

Son is excellent at exploiting space, particularly in behind, but also in other situations. He's not as good at creating space. Get him squared up, facing the wrong way or likewise and he's not as good. Running onto balls in the final third he's brilliant and he's an excellent finisher too.

Sons best games have come when he has had Reggie support him and take defender with him
It also means son can go both wide and central knowing he has a man with him

Reguilon is a much better fit to Son than Davies is. Makes Son better as you say, but the space left behind by Son going in behind is exploited much better by a full back like Reguilon.

Some teams have teams they believe they lost too before the game even starts
