I don't blame Poch for playing Dier, of course - he has his RCB - LCB philosophy, he'll keep using it, and to be fair there's little wrong with it conceptually. But no one can replace Toby - without him, Walker goes back to being utterly brainless, Davies looks shaky and everything unravels from there.

We just rely on a world-class player who makes everyone around him better, and has a unique understanding with Verts. And he's gone. Little that can be done about that
