Andy Townsend was saying how much more laboured our build up was this year. Last year we were SUPER slow in our build up. It was just that Bale scored in the 91st minute in most games, but we were often turgid.

Gordon Strachan saying how Defoe is such a clever and calm striker, other strikers slash at the ball and panic and just smash it, but Defoe loves being one on one and has the skill to chip it and always remains calm.

I know lots of people disagree and he's somewhat of an opinion dividing player but I'm going to say it... I still love Jermain Defoe.

It felt wrong seeing him play for Portsmouth and as frustrating as he can be at times I hope he sticks it out with us, he's still got a role to play and many more goals in him.
 
AVB should make Dawson and Dembele come and stand over by the dugout for 10 mins, see if these boring feckers will come out and play a game of football

We need to be more flexile in this whole inverted wingers. That was a perfect opportunity to go to the byeline and just cross it in really.
 
its been so refreshing in the last couple of games not to have thousands of offsides every two minutes. Its really really really frustrating.
