***OMT - Tottenham Hotspur Football Club vs AFC Bournemouth***

They're on an even worse run than us. Semenyo seems set to be leaving. On the other hand their high press absolutely suffocated us in our previous match and if they're able to do something similar tonight our weaknesses in playing out from the back will make this a real difficult game.

Hopefully them being off form and the packed fixture list means they can't play like that, we can get a bit of space and actually progress the ball.

I wonder what we will do to avoid the press now that we can’t just kick the ball long to Kudus and expect him to do something with it.

I would give this team a go.....

Vicario

Danso Romero Davies

Spence Bentancur Bergvall VDV

Xavi

Muani Tel

Take the game to a defensively poor Bournemouth rather than ket them attack us.

Frank probably wont of course but I am so tired of seeing what we normally produce and we are getting to the Einstein stage of life where we must have to start questioning our sanity if we expect a good, exciting performance from the normal formation.

3 at the back (and 4 CBs in the side) would add extra toxicity - in the light on the Amorim situation - to an already toxic environment. It would be like nailing your mask to unpopularity and failure.

I'd be concerned, Bournemouth's big ability is press, with that line up we would end up with a 6 man back line sitting on our box.

We need legs in this game, runners, I'd be tempted to play 2 CB's, VDV at LB, Spence at RB (Porro has to be knackered), the rest up front I'm ok with.

Agree that we should play some man-mountain against Semenyo, whether he lines up on the left or right, just get Danso or Dragusin to kick 7 shades of brick out of him.

Then play 10 other players. Maybe a keeper.

Istanbul is the biggest and most famous but Atyrau in Kazakhstan (depends on your definition of city I guess but it thinks it is one rather than a wild west oil industry cesspit) is on both sides of the Ural river which is the split in Eurasia and I would imagine there would be a couple more up in Russia as well.

Is Suez a city? Straddles Asia/Africa perhaps,

In USA 5 shacks, "gas station" and a MacDonalds qualify as a city

I’m desperate for us to be successful. We need a result tonight.

I’m listening to music that was playing out when we won the Europa League, remembering just how great that night was. Now it feels like we are way down the rankings and success feels like a distant memory. Each match we play, our team have to be fired up and play it as if it’s a Final. We need to give our all, only a winning mentality will ever see us return to the success that we enjoyed the night of the Europa League Final.

We need to find confidence, we need to find belief. I hope that the team plays football that’s positive and encourages the crowd and that our away support gives its all.

We need regular winning days. We need success. We need to not be a way down the list option for potential signings.

We have to believe, to get there and achieve!
