My guess would be it’s because loads of them played 60 odd hours ago. That doesn’t excuse tempo though, can still speed things up.
Looks like we’ve took the sting out of them now, couple of good chances for us.

Mix it up by playing it long occasionally and then they won’t be so keen to press for fear of getting caught.
More movement between the lines, taking the less obvious passes, passing to the correct side of the player with the right speed and timing, etc
