OMT The Mighty Tottenham vs AFC Sportswash

Absolutely fantastic performance.

What was so good today was we actually looked coached. We had a clear system, plan and shape.

Now can those who were backing Jose understand what we complained about. We never looked cohesive under Jose. They've both played counter attacking football Vs City but one was sat deep in our box with no escape. Today was the opposite. We actually bossed them without the ball.

I don't want to get carried away, but we look coached. It brings a tear to my eye to see this again.

If I could like this more I would. Exactly right. Mourinho-ball was all about defending with what Neville calls “moments.” Today we looked dangerous when we had the ball and we looked cohesive going forward rather than relying on a moment or two of brilliance.

As fudging soft as it sounds, I almost have a tear in my eye here. This just felt like we have something back. Maybe the crowd back is a bit of that but there’s much more to it. Watching Skipp and Tanganga beasting the best team in the league was fudging wonderful.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

'Are you watching, Harry Kane?' will go down as one of the sweetest Spurs moments in recent years for me, whatever the outcome to that sorry saga. :p

Well done, Nuno. Well done, lads. What a performance!!!

Would've loved to see a camera on him during the match - wonder how he responded to us scoring.

Skippy could have crumbled after the first 10.

what a shift after

The one where Grealish got the free on the edge of the box, Skipp got done badly twice. I really started to worry for him. He didn’t put a foot wrong after. Loved watching him in the same way I loved watching some of our players under Poch. Character.

Fantastic win, such a boost to start the season like this after everything. fudging loving it.

To be fair it could have been a very different story, but after around 15-20 minutes I actually think we were the better team (might be deluded as all fudge, but hey).

Got to love doing that with Skipp and Tanganga in the starting 11 at this particular time. One's of our own.

Tactics were super interesting I thought, but I will need time to process. Somewhat similar to what Mason tried imo, but better execution (or worse City). Really brave keeping three players that high up the pitch, and keep doing it.

Individuals... Apart from all of them Tanganga, Skipp, Moura and Son for that goal. Some real promising signs that Dele might be a midfielder after all, lovely.
