I think his distribution is pretty awful when he does anything but play it simple. Long loft ed passes that are easily intercepted or low drills that go where near the target.
Given that Mourinho subs him on 60 most games I'm fairly sure it's fitness.
Especially as there's a vert obvious choice for subbing off that he didn't take.
