I dunno how anyone can dislike Sissoko.... I mean what’s a guy got to do? He plays with such heart and intelligence.

Just get on the ball more. He had 28 passes today, compared to Winks’ 55 and Kane’s 25. I think he’s brilliant at defending the counter, but when we’re in possession he’s too much of a gap in central midfield for me.

We need a new RB, Aurier is just abysmal. I am really hopeful we have a chance at Meunier. Left back doesn't look to great either.

Aurier was one of the best players! Was very good and gave us width on the right, and was pretty solid defensively as well. Rashford didn't have much impact all game.

No real improvement from the muck we served up in Feb and March. One of Jose’s big selling points is his ability to change things when he needs to. He needed to change it second half badly and he didn’t do it for the better. More worried tonight than I was last night...

It’s far too early to write off Kane, coming back from injuries after an extra lay off because of a Pandemic. Hardly the time to really judge.

We are not helped by fact we have no striking plan B.

Cant help think we left our best side on the bench there too.

I’ve gotta say that Kane is becoming a risk for Spurs in more ways than one... Or maybe we have put too much on his plate...
We cannot get in strikers, coz Kane is our main man! That’s just ridiculous! Because even our young strikers can’t get a look in when Kane is is injured... It’s an absurd situation!

Anyway, I’ll take the one point... but, we could have done better

Parrot had an appendicitis
Both would be there normally

So one player missing from our usual forward set (I won’t count Parrott yet) and we’ve got Kane out on his feet for 40 mins.

The reason we couldn’t get out is because we had no mobility up top in the 2nd half.

Fairly horrible stuff all in with a few bright spots. Lloris was brilliant, Davies was very good, Dier excellent except the penalty incidents, Sanchez good a brain fart aside, Aurier good a brain fart aside. Awful in possession though.

Kane was dreadful. There was one header at the end where he mistimed his jump so badly that it looked like he wasn’t arsed or he was a Sunday League player.

do you need that in the modern game, the only relevant “9’s” in the game are Kane, Lewandovski and Ronaldo, and the latter is treating it like retirement
