Sissoko's best passes were where passes to him bounced off his shins and ran onto team mates. He has zero technical ability.

He was unlucky not to score but even his best games he stifles our play. He’s not responsible enough to play last man and not good enough on the ball to create anything. He’s a blunt instrument but we are a team that has a lot of the ball so it makes him look worse. Genuinely think al our centre backs are better on the ball than him.

My comments are more about the spectacle. It was so brick to watch, hardly any football played by either side...brick on the eye.

Welcome back Spurs! For 3 months I've been missing the adrenaline of the heart-in-mouth moments as we do our best to concede a lead.
But points are points, however won. We had some lovely attaching play at times (Dele looked by far the most on form of the attacking players) combined with sloppy passing and sleepy defending.
If it was all down to fitness issues, then that's easily fixed.
Dele, Dier and Dembele when he came on all looked good.
Good start to the season.
