It's probably becuase he's young and British. He can't shoot and his passing range is rather average. Doesn't know how to time a tackle either!

Adam and Shelvey and Spearing are brick but to be fair I think Henderson is pretty good, or perhaps has the potential to be pretty good. He's just not 20m good and that's always going to haunt him.
