Not quite but Saudi Sportswashing Machine released a statement earlier saying they had given him permission to talk to Chelsea and that he would not be involved tonight.

Tiote was shocking the last time I watched Saudi Sportswashing Machine. I can't see anything other than an Everton win unfortunately.
