GKN is bad but-no worse than the rest

Can someone tell me where all these amazing squad players are that are so hard to upgrade on? Apparently we had a really good transfer window in the summer because we kept everyone here....

In the case of GKN I struggle to think an academy player would offer less
 
How can he not play eriksen and winks when we are already missing Kane , son and Dele.

Just baffles me some of the decisions he makes.
