I thought it had been decided on here that it's Harry's fault...?
 
I wish he'd worn a cap against QPR - that free kick seemed to lose him which considering he was starting into a 6pm sunset isn't surprising.
 
I haven't seen the actual numbers but it would not surprise me at all if we have conceded more goals with friedel in goal instead of Gomes. Gomes was a match winner. His mistakes may have led to some goals, but they rarely led to actual points lost.

Bringing friedel in was another short-term fix, and while I like him, no more effective than Gomes.

I'm not sure about that at all, he's made some very good saves for us this season. He doesn't make any silly errors which is exactly what a good goalkeeper should do - bring confidence, trust and calmness to the defence in front of him.

We needed a good keeper to come in after the Gomes situation, we have looked a lot better then we did with the flappy one in goal.
 
Friedel has made maybe two or three howlers this season, but nowhere near the amount Gomes made last season.

His age is a concern though and would like to see us move for another keeper sometime in the next two years.
 
At times Gomes was a 10, at others he was a 5. Average it out and you get Friedel. Brad won't have the lows of Gomes but could only dream of having his highs. Maybe he could've been managed better as he was an outstanding keeper for a good 18 months, I also miss his pre-match monkey bar routine.
 
Brad Friedel is just sick on USTV

He is so dissapointed but handling himself with class. I feel so bad that he has to go through this moment on live TV.
 
Cool, calm and collected, but obviously devastated as the presenter says it will cost Spurs $32 million. Props to Brad for wearing what looks like a high quality suit too.
