Watched the second Hunger Games yesterday.

It was okay actually. Good for a Sunday family movie for us to watch. Looks great on Blu-ray.

Just been to see Spiderman 2, really enjoyed it, funny, sad, great villans and effects, unexpected twist too

:/ bad pacing, too many villains with insufficient development of character, too many plot holes and moments that leave you scratching your head. Nah, it wasn't for me.

What do you expect for a Marvel film hahahah

True.

I especially liked the
idea that an employee who was sacked for apparent ineptitude was allowed to wander the concourse of his workplace on the way out...surely he would be escorted by security?

Also
this secret rail line....didn't seem very secure, did it?! The only security measure, protecting very secret files, was a coin drop thing..otherwise anyone could have all the access that they wanted!

There was a third thing but I can't remember what that one was.

Original Star Wars cast members have been spotted in London over the past week.

Harrison Ford, Mark Hamill and Carrie Fisher have all been in the capital in recent days, while the seventh instalment of the sci-fi franchise will begin shooting at Pinewood Studios next month

The trio are heavily rumoured to be involved in JJ Abrams's film, but there have yet to be any official casting announcements.

The Phantom Menace star Peter Serafinowicz tweeted a photo of himself hanging out with Hamill yesterday (April 27).

Fisher also teased where she was staying on Twitter, writing: "So my do dog Gary has been spotted in London, but apparently without me. Who has he been seeing? Let me know if you have any clues."

Finally, Ford was recently spotted and photographed leaving London's Hakkasan restaurant last Thursday (April 24)

Glad Mark's in it, could use the money judging by the hand-me-down trousers he's wearing in that picture. Grow into them one day.

Saw Mean Streets last night. Good film, if not only just to see the early signs of what have become iconic Scorsese scenes in film

went to see spiderman 2, better than the first, garfield is a much better spider man than maguire, good effects, love these marvel films but all a bit samey, they need to come up with something bit different.

I watched man of steel the other week too and felt id seen it all before and despite the effects doesnt come close the the original film.

anyone else worried about the new star wars films, although the two star treks were good, they weren't memorable, is jj abrams the the man for the job.

Just booked up to see Godzilla in 3D Extreme at Westfield Stratford on 15th May, cant wait for this film, saw the Asian trailer and it reveals a lot more than the US trailer including at least one other monster

Okay a bit late to the party, but saw Wolf of Wall Street the other day.

Meh. Starts out good, needed more McConaughey. The first half was pretty exciting stuff, but I was waiting for it to go somewhere. It just didn't. It's like there was a beginning, no middle and the narrowest of endings, which even then wasn't an ending.

Nothing around the trial, nothing around the victims, nothing around the paranoia of being hounded by the cops. nothing.

Very un-Scorcese like, very much a let down after some good stuff from him recently.

2 and a half stars.

Leo was good. Very good in some scenes, played a great character, but no depth or dimensions to him.

I mean, out of the blue he punched his wife in the gut. Where did that come from? Jonah Hill's character just seemed completely unrealistic and out of place, especially the scene where he gets that guy arrested.

Saw Spiderman and a small financed british film comedy called Svengali over the last few days.

Spiderman was pretty decent, nice special affects, the storyline was quite good, didn't expect the ending to be so dark.........especially what happened in the first film. Looks like theirs going to be a third,so i wonder what issues spiderman will have next time he had a few in this film ,poor lad.

With Svengali, based around a Welshman who goes to london to be a manager of an oasis/sex pistols type of group,it shows the ups and downs of being a manager,Alan McGee plays a part and a few actors from This Is England/Shane Meadows team. After the showing had a Q/A with the director/writer/actor,Johnny Owen. Decent chap told some funny stories how he got the film financed and made, told us where the idea came from.

The film is pretty good some nice Welsh humour in it,like,i like to see good British films being made and they need to be supported.
