Initially thought my laptop had been spyware-infected, but apparently not. What are these links that get insterted into posts without the author putting them there? "Link added by VigLink" it says on mouseover. Somewhat annoying.

Something's going wrong - that's not supposed to happen.

It should just be altering existing links like Amazon or Ebay. Can you link to a post where it's done that for me?

Some say we're playing poorly, too defensive, don't have any creativity. I say it's the **** poor OMTs. Just look at these results, we're lucky the the club isn't banned from all competitions for not taking them them seriously:

Would know be a good time to remind everyone of the ten commandments? Let's not have anymore OMTs with the history of the world in them, eh?

1. There shalt be only one Official Match Thread and it shalt have OMT in its title.

2. Thou shalt not take unto thee a graven image of thy own choice should Tottenham lose, thy avatar shalt be given thee by the OMT gods and shalt remain until such time as Tottenham win again.

3. Thou shalt not take the name of thy club in vain, the OMT title shalt always have the name of Tottenham Hotspur listed first of the two teams.

4. Remember to observe the sabbath between OMTs, thou shalt not start two consecutive OMTs.

5. Honour the OMT gods' official representatives the administrators, that your days may be long on this forum that be Glory-Glory.

6. The OMT's opening post shalt inform the members of Glory-Glory of all things important: Who are we playing? When is the match? Where does it take place?

7. The OMT's opening post shalt not be too short, nor too long, but simple, concise and glorious, to truly honour the OMT gods. A possible starting lineup and pictures of furry animals are not frowned upon.

8. The first OMT posted once the previous OMT has been unstickied shalt be the official one, though there is no glory in one not of the required quality.

9. Thou shalt not start an OMT be thou not a known member of this forum.

10. Thou shalt not start an OMT be thou not a fan of Tottenham Hotspur.

Even though I've already done two, and had decided what my next was (wasn't going to be for a while) I'm tempted to do the Everton one, just to bag us some goals, and some confidence.

Just checking that magic pen shoot out means my OMT counts as a win right? The OMT won us our first pen shootout in my lifetime and restored the bond between the fans and the team

Officially, it should go down as a 2-2 draw.

Penalty shoot-out aren't counted as part of a match, only a device to see who progresses to the next round of a cup competition.

He's already posted it on that Everton forum, a backdoor OMT (so to speak) in anyone's book.

was thinking of doing my first one soon....over a 1000 posts and a bit of a rep for a being a k.n.o.b ...... should fit right in to the omt possy.....

don't see why the gods shouldnt mind but don't want to step on any toes on this board.
