How can this game be taken as a litmus test of our development under AVB? I feel we would have lost that last year, perhaps even lost it under Harry as well (and he had an impeccable record at home against Chelski)

I always fail to see how any single game can be seen as a litmus test for a squad, team or manager.

tbf Harry's record was against a very different Chelsea team. The trio of Mata, Oscar, Hazard with Torres in front and ramires behind will take some stopping by any team imo. At the moment the only teams that are close to them are l'**** and city. So our performance in that context was pretty good.
