Marcos Alonso

You're quick, I just said that.

Tbh my post (post number 17)..was simply to corner you into getting a reply stating that "you had seen him the year he got POTY when they got relegated". Tbh i don't think you ever saw him play for Bolton and your "he was awful" comment was BS.

Never saw him in the Championship which is why I was shocked when you said he won POTY. Fair play to him if that's the case. It obviously took character to go from Real Madrid to playing Championship football for an awful team. It obviously done well for him though as he then went to play for Fiorentina and now at Sunderland on loan, who are all better clubs than Bolton. I remember Collocini also being **** at Saudi Sportswashing Machine when he signed but after a great year in the Championship came back up with Saudi Sportswashing Machine and looked much better, character building and experience I imagine.

I had seen him play for Bolton and he was poor, no two ways about it. Dreadful.

How could a player playing awful win POTY? irrespective of the fact that they got relegated, you'd have to perform to a good level (at least) to win that award.

I think Alonso is a talent, but in answer to your question;

Kyle Walker won "Best Spurs right back of all time". People are stupid.
