Managerial spectrum

Spot on. I genuinely think its a half decent way of looking at things (although not perfect), and would be decent to plot a lot of managers on there. Gives a half decent picture. I think most managers would fall into top right box or bottom left.
 
another spanner in the works is that most managers handle different players very differently, continuing to use Sir Alex as an example, many players get the hairdryer and a bit of minor violence (Beckham) whilst others (Cantona) get away with anything
