I agree. They were still clearing up the mess left by Hughes and Redknapp when he arrived. I think that the last of those players on huge wages and no value leaves this summer and they can start to move on.

I think that he deserves a little credit for the way his Blackpool side played when they came up. They were very attacking, whereas most promoted side before them tended to be quite cagey. It almost worked for them too.
