Why would Watford sack Pearson now? He's probably done enough to save them from relegation. Neither Bournemouth or Villa look capable of a win, but if they do and Watford lose both (quite likely) the sacking will get part of the blame.

Read the chairman wanted a director of football arrangement like they had in the premiership....bit of a kick in the gonnards for the Cowleys brothers,they must have had better offers when they were at Lincoln but decided to go to Huddersfield of all places.
