That is the thing with playing young players, you are allowing them to learn on the job and have to live with their mistakes. I think Bergwall will bexome a terrific player so we’re better off having the short term pain for the long term gain.

I think Bergvall is staking a claim for regular first team starter with performances like today. I’d have him alongside Sarr and with Kulusevski as the number 10 as it stands.

Bergwall tried to be clever instead of being safe. It was a position on the pitch to be safe rather than clever. In a year or two’s time I think he takes the other option. That is just part of developing as a player
