Yep, they are going for it ..

I'm not sure Wirtz (or anyone not established top elite group) is worth that money, but they are in a place to build.

Still think the VVD, Salah, end will be interesting for them to navigate when it comes.

The full backs they have brought are very good at attacking but not too good at defending
What will fudge people off most is that they will get a big chunk of the money back in sales
Elliot will get them £40m
They have sold Quansah who IMO is bang average for £30m… they will get the same again for Nunez

Their fans seem convinced they are going for Isak.

I don’t get why people get annoyed when they get decent fees when they sell players. It’s what everyone should do and we laud Levy when he pulls teams pants down for our players.

They have a right to ask for what they want
I’m just stunned clubs see the value in some of them
I can’t immediately think of any successes for players that poll have sold …

Bournemouth and Brighton have also got good fees for their players. We got £85m for Bale who had had 1 consistent world class season and 1 season playing in the CL. I must admit though I did spit out my weetabix when I saw the fee for Quansah.

It seems nuts to me
But Dortmund do know how to buy and sell well
But as I said, everywhere after pool is a step down success wise it seems in recent years
I do think Elliot will be the next Cole palmer wherever he goes

Surely some PSR funny business going on there with the Wirtz transfer. Add an extra e.g £20m of revenue onto the books immediately for the sales, but only amortise £4m of the cost this season.
