Kevin Danso

Last post November 8th… thought he deserved this bump and this tribute insta from the club

Really good squad player, experienced and seems happy to be here and willing to play a part without demanding starting place.

I think Frank is going to be more tempted to go 3 atb with him, Dragusin and Kota available

Even if he has a few brain farts, he is more than capable of starting in this current team with no mumbling from the spurs faithful. Always puts in a shift and I think he is better than what he’s shown which is not a dig but a positive

Danzo is well capable of relieving Romero permanently.
I believe Dragusin would also be a relevation in not-Angeball system

This for me too. Very capable and seemingly happy to be backup and even though he's probably better as a RCB he's fairly comfortable at LCB too. Perfect squad player.

Romero remains one of our very best players. Him and VdV are standout first choices at CB. The only way either should be relieved is if we're forced to sell or if Vuskovic ends up being as awesome as we hope he will become.

I knew Danso was a confident guy, but agreeing to take part in an interview like this, being filmed when playing golf, when you are really bad at golf, takes balls of steel.

Note he mentions how the crowd can really uplift you when cheering or really demolish you when booing.

Saw these quotes from Danso

"I just feel like it's a different competition, different type of game and we just know it's a difficult phase right now.

"We're together and there was unity, we spoke during the week after the weekend and said we need to get our heads down and do a bit more to try and grind out the results."

and

"We know what we're capable of, we just need to continue like that, home or away and just try and push on from the result today and the way we played.

"The frustration is there from the fans, we know and understand. We want to win games and that's what we're trying to do.

"We take it onboard but it's down to us players on the pitch to do the best as possible and get the results we deserve."

You really get the feeling that Danso operates as one of the senior players in the squad even though he's clearly not in the first eleven. Love the bit about heads down, doing more and grinding out results.
