Exactly right. I know he has a blank chequebook but to drop only 14 points over 38 games is staggering.

On Jan. He is easily better than either centre back Crooks has named. I was a bit iffy about Jan a few years back but he’s been outstanding since Poch came in and never more so than in the last season.

Not sure on Moyes, but would add Dyche and Wagner to that list.

Given the resources, as remarkable a season as they have had, I dont think anyone thinks City have over achieved. Its really what you should expect from such and investment.

If anything, getting spanked by Liverpool in the CL should go down as something of a failure.
 
Yeah, but you just wait for the rectilinear patterns things on desks are going to get arranged into next season. I bet his first purchase in the summer is going to be a fúcking set-square.
