I'm nearly 50. Jeez. The good days were in my early teens. 2 FA cups and the UEFA.

87 and that amazing team that won nothing..I was lucky enough to be at the 91 cup win. Then unlucky enough to be at the league cup loss to Blackburn in Cardiff.

The more the league moves forward the more it's about money. It always has been, but it's getting worse and worse. We all hate the scum. But at least them and Liverpool have shown you can run a club properly and contend.

We have the supporters. We do well financially as a club.

Please Levy. Just fully back a manager once. Everything else you have done is amazing. The stadium, the training ground, the money coming into the club. I still remember the dark days when we almost went out of business.

But once. Just once. Can we buy two -three pure proven quality players. Make an actual push at the title. Just once in my life would be nice.

I would give anything for it to happen. I can handle one and done. Then a smattering of cups.

Please

Could be me writing that, I'm a bit older and didn't attend the 91 and 02 finals though.
Attending the losing finals in 82 and 87 kept me away, we hadn't lost a Wembley final until I went.

Only finals I’ve been to were the Blackburn league cup final and the CL final. I’d be over the moon with just one PL title, or the CL. One of each would be lovely though. Watching Emirates Marketing Project lift the trophy yesterday, I was glad and relieved Arsenal weren’t the ones celebrating but my thoughts were then “GHod I hope one day that’s us celebrating a league title”. Winning it at home would be everything.

Don’t think you will find many arguers against
But …. It’s still gonna take time no matter what because of who you have to topple

I've been quite happy to watch the club grow and progress into what it has become today. It's been fantastic progress from where we were in the
'90s, but if Levy wasn't willing to roll the bones with a generational talent like Harry Kane, and his sidekick Heung-Min Son, knocking in goals for fun, I have a hard time believing he'll splash the cash nowadays.

He's got a stadium debt to pay down - and will soon enough - but financial issues exacerbated by the pandemic have pushed back the date when Spurs can go all in for players. We're getting there. Just not fast enough to please everyone. Me an' all.

I have had 40 years or patience. I can hang on. I just hope we dont lose more of our talented young players before we bring others in.

Vicario, VDV, Udogie, Romero, sarr, we have some good young players. I honestly think we need two good forwards and a midfielder of quality and we can challenge. maybe im glass half full.

im talking something like 3 x 70m players. Quality over quantity.

I think we’re a season away from the latter unless we plan to use more of the youth … we need quantity next season of the right capability to play Ange ball

As Sandman says above the 87 team was special and we deserved to win at least one trophy but we struggled with the amount of games we played and were on our last legs during the end of the season. My son was ill for the Coventry FINAL game so my Dad came with me on his ticket and we lost and i never took him to another game after that.

I think at times we have though, it just didn’t work out, Soldado and Ndombele two examples that spring to mind.
Neither of these were were really big name certified players. They were more speculative but big purchases by our standards, not really by wider standards.

You have my sympathy, that drive getting out of Cardiff and the journey back was the worse in my life, my son and grandson hardly said a word and were asleep after leave Wales.

We were in a mini bus
A few needed a wee in the traffic so our mate pulled over at a layby
We all got out and the police pulled up and fined us £30 or £40 a head for misuse of the yard shoulder and peeing in public

Those welcoming, cheerful Welsh, my Dad said they were more hostile than the arabs and Italians when he was stationed there in the war.

Maybe South Wales is a different story but people up in the north can't do enough for you, lovely people and I won't hear a bad word said about them!

Maybe it’s a capital city thing. I’ve heard Irish people not from Dublin say Dubliners are up themselves. Same with Scots about Edinburgh, “pretentious tacos” etc. there’s definitely a north south divide in England too.
