Harry Redknapp: The Aftermath

Would you keep Arry after the Season?

  • Yes - He's done well and should be given at least one more season to consolidate our team

  • No - he's peaked and would hold us back.

Yes. And if I was an ugly **** then that would probably fair enough. And if we were Saudi Sportswashing Machine and people were complaining about us not doing better this season then comments like "know you place" from a friend would be fair enough. But I'm not an ugly ****, and we're not Saudi Sportswashing Machine... :)

(Sorry Greg)

thats not what it says on the toilet walls at WHL...............

but Reknapp will probably never read this and this is a forum where we can discuss this sort of stuff. It's one thing me wanting him out but i'd never jeer him whilst at the Lane.

You stated before that you were tired of certain posters using personal insults when all you were doing is discussing football but now you're doing exactly that.
i think alot of these footballers would read message boards. its a new age

You think?

I THINK OUR TEAM IS FILLED WITH PLAYERS WITH NO HEART. YOU LACK FIGHTING SPIRIT AND ONLY A FEW OF YOU HAVE THAT WINNING DRIVE. YOU CONSTANTLY FAIL WHEN THE PRESSURE IS GETTING TO YOU AND YOU CONSTANTLY JUST GIVE UP WHEN A BAD DECISION GOES AGAINST YOU. YOU RARELY IF EVER TAKE RESPONSIBILITY AND PREFER TO LAY THE BLAME ON A BAD DECISION OR MISSED CHANCES. PLEASE PROVE ME WRONG TODAY.

hahahahahahaaaaa

ROFLMFAO.....

seriously, this is a good idea. we should have like a weekly thread telling the players what we think of them

I'm not reading this thread any more. It's gotten really, really horrible.

You might well be correct in labelling some of the criticism over the top, if, in your opinion it's too much - then for you its too much and not justified. Fine.

But to get so emotional over fans of a football team criticising a man on milions of pounds a year seems a bit ott. Its football and this is a football discussion board.

If people were taking the tinkle out of the Uganda 'Nodding disease epidemic', laughing at third world aids victims or signing up to pro human trafficing ralies, then i agree that would be 'really, really horrible'.

But its not. Its a discussion, with varying opinions, about a football manager. I dont think its sad or horribe, its just opinions. I really dont get all over the top emotions on here sometimes.

I haven't read a single post in this thread. \o/

I am on a train to Liverpool Street and now reading this on my IPhone. I haven't read this thread (You know when you first see a thread and it's on page 10 or something and you can't be arsed to join in?). But I couldn't be bothered to spend 50p on The Sun so I'm gonna start from page 1 and enjoy this thread!!!

With all due respect, that is absurd

maybe it is, but that's my inference from some of the posts around at the moment.

'unforgivable', 'unacceptable', 'done us over' 'mug c***' seem to be common parlance whilst describing the man who has us in 4th (so far, 2 full seasons out 3) and at Wembley for the 3rd time in his tenure.

he can't do right for doing wrong with some people - even when we win we don't win well enough... it's got to fever pitch and I think the reaction is over the top.

Fair enough, mate. I just can't get my head around anyone being happy missing out on a FA Cup final because they dislike the manager. Glory for the football club you support surely far outweighs any personal opinions you may have? If that isn't the case for some people then they are wasting their time

This looks like an exciting, interesting thread that would be worth a read. However, it's 44 pages long, so I can't really be fudged. Quick summary anyone?
