Son, Chadli and Clinton are more or less settled in the squad. They've had time under Pochettino to learn our style of play. They can make an immediate impact. A new player in January often takes time and the availability of players is limited. Money spent in January is also money we cannot spend in the summer when the market is a bit better.

My feelings as well, I said before Jan that I would rather we wait until the summer when they will be more class availiable.

I think it depends on the opposition; i'd have preferred another striker but it does look like Poch will tailor how we play dependant on our opponents. Having Kane available is much MUCH more preferable though

By the way my trip to Nigeria ended in tragedy. I went with my brother and on Thursday (last week) the day before we were to come back to London he took ill and died.
