In prior windows transfers are announced right up to (and just after) the deadline.

Usually with a "..subject to medical.." caveat. So, practically, we could well get a few deals done.

Realistically, I doubt anything will happen.

Isn't there 'sniping' software that does it for you at the very last milisecond? Need to get with the Levys.
 
Wouldn't surprise me to see us sign him in January, can't see him signing a new contract at Villa.
