He has proven he can build a successful PL team.

He has the right attitude to the game, he prioritises working against the opposition rather than arrogantly thinking we can do the same thing every week.

At the moment we are doing the same thing every week

Lose a player to injury.
Let in goals
Create Very little
Pass backwards rather than forward
Put in lots of crosses to noone
Lose

Brentford were midtable. When has he proven to be capable of building a successful Premier League team?

West Ham’s best player is the fat lad on the right, we shut him down.

Sunderlands best player is their LB, we shut him down.

We don’t always target the same part of the opposition setup.

I don’t think it’s the same every week.

We should be more worried about our own play than stopping an opposition player. Get that right first and then we can start adapting to the opposition,

Thing is he hasn't.
Finishing no higher than 9th and 2 seasons in the bottom half is not a successful PL team.
Saying "it was at Brentford" so successful is not proof of success only proof of average managing, it's finishing where you expect them to finish.
There wasn't even a deep cup run in those 4 seasons.

It’s about performance relative to resource.

I´m no expert but relying on crosses when there is no player who wins headers in the box sounds like a bad plan. And yes, the goal came from a header after a cross but only because a center back strayed out of position into the box. This does not sound like Frank is a tactical genius to me.
