Food that repeats on you

Danishfurniturelover

the prettiest spice girl
Has a packet of frazzles this afternoon well they were my sons but i had a few, can still taste them now. Awful crisps they taste sort of like bacon.

I usually like food that repeats on me as i feel im getting two meals for the price of one.

Bloody everything repeats on me. Always suffered reflux issues.

And now, with the gallbladder gone, it's even worse.

you really are falling apart arent you mate?

do you have the problem where it is hard to swallow food? my old man has that no idea how you spell the condition not sure its to serious, i think it is afters years of eating to quickly

It could be the oil you are using. Olive oil is the best oil to use, vegetable oil may taste better but is less healthy

Our chefs at work say rapeseed oil is the way to go.

From what I've learnt over my years of reading, there was little to no incidence of heart disease in the US when Palm oil was used, though I don't use it personally. Coconut oil is the best at maintaining it's cellular integrity when cooking at higher temperatures, again I don't use that though as I don't much care for it's taste in except in Thai, but get Thai from a restaurant/takeaway when we occasionally have it.

I'm a big fan of good quality butter and olive oil, but try to cook at lower temperature so there is little (better no) burn. But sadly believe there is probably no good oil once heated at high temperatures, which is annoying as I like some fried food as much as the next person.

Chich - you saying about giving up sugar (really well done, it took me about 6weeks to get some balance when doing this, plus I allow myself moderate amounts in fruit, like apples and dried prunes) and training a lot, I think that Lemon water is your best friend here. Reams, who I adore the work of, stated that it is about the only anionic food, and it is alkaline in it's effect on the body, plus it is rich in hydrochloric acid which makes sure the liver has plenty of bile (which food repeating might be a sign of lacking, or poor, bile flow/production etc. Though might not, but is still very good for you either way).

At the moment I am trying to follow Reams concept of drinking 1 part lemon 9 parts water alternating with just water, so a glass of lemon water (with a little raw honey "from an organic farm" to cut it's tart nature), attempting half my pound weight in ounces fluid per day. I'm about 160 pounds so I am trying to drink 80 ounces, but's it's hard and you tinkle alot!

Though I think just drinking 2 or 3 glasses of good lemon water a day with plenty of water also is a good starting point. I have half an organic unwaxed lemon per glass of drink plus half a teaspoon of raw honey (at home, at work I forgo the honey)

Here is a talk Reams did on Lemons within a lecture - http://www.daily-mfg.com/documents/lemon article.pdf

"As a mathematical genius Reams was very familiar with Einstein's energy equation and understood its significance. During his many years of friendship with Albert Einstein he once chided him saying 'you know how to take matter apart but you don't know how to put it back together again.' Einstein immediately shot back that figuring out how to do that was a job for Reams."

Might be a bit heavy going (especially given the poor grammar), but this is a good primer on Carey Reams;

Yeah i was telling you in the PM's im no way going to be the last in my group cycling up this mountain in the summer:lol: it is just i have no energy right now. Im still trainning as hard and the weight not that i was over weight but im losing a bit anyway. Just hope that im not doing any harm.

My hero cavendish says it is best to work in blocks through the year and then give yourself a 2 week recovery before you race. Im aiming to be at the best level of fitness of my life on july 1st. Never actually cycled up the alps and i am just a little nervous, i think the friend im going with and the guys we know going down there are all in the same boat.

Basically you will hear of 7 middle aged british guys collapsing on the side of a mountain after trying to out do each other and dying half way up:ross:
