Dear Supporter,
We should like to thank all our Season Ticket Holders for their continued patience while we await updates from the UK Government on the current status of COVID-19 and when we shall be able to welcome you back home.
The Club is continuing to make preparations for a safe return of fans to matches at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
As previously communicated, if any matches of the 2020/21 season are operated on a reduced capacity basis, Season Ticket Holders who have made their initial 20% renewal payment, and not deferred their Season Ticket, will have an option to be entered into a ballot for the opportunity to purchase a ticket for the match.
ID VALIDATION
During these extraordinary times, and as with all public places, it is vital that we know exactly who is entering the stadium. We therefore need to ensure the data records we have for our Season Ticket Holders are fully up-to-date.
If you are interested in entering any future ballot for reduced capacity match tickets, Season Ticket Holders over the age of 18 will need to verify their ID by providing us with an electronic copy of a valid passport or UK Driving Licence Photocard. Entry into any ballot will be dependent on the completion of the ID validation process.
We shall be emailing all renewed Season Ticket Holders in stages during the coming weeks with clear steps on how to do this, and we ask for your patience whilst we complete this process. Please do not be concerned if you are aware that other Season Ticket Holders have received this information before you as this will be a staggered process.
SEASON TICKET AMNESTY
We are aware that Season Tickets are often held in the names of previous purchasers or one family member. We shall therefore offer a one-time amnesty period to ensure every Season Ticket is registered in the name of the individual using it.
Supporters needing to update the name on their Season Ticket account should follow the ID validation process and submit the required ID for the individual who will be using the Season Ticket on matchdays.
Once ID for the individual using the Season Ticket has been submitted, we shall reconcile all documents submitted to identify any accounts where the ID provided does not match the details we hold for the registered Season Ticket Holder, and contact those individuals identified to request further details to update their accounts. As part of this update process, current Ticketing Points totals will also be transferred with the Season Ticket.
We shall provide a three-year period for any original Season Ticket Holder to contest a name change. In such circumstances, the Season Ticket will be suspended until such time as correct ownership has been verified by the Club. The Club’s decision will be final in these situations.
Following ID validation, any additional steps required to transfer the ownership of a Season Ticket will not hinder an application to enter a ballot for a reduced capacity match ticket.
Please be assured that all personal data is held in strict accordance with GDPR regulations. View our Privacy Policy in full.
Further Government and Premier League requirements, including the necessity to ask supporters to agree to a new Code of Conduct and complete a Health Questionnaire ahead of attending matches, will be communicated once we have clarity on when fans can return.
In due course, we shall also provide further information on the new measures and protocols we have put in place at the stadium to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for fans.
We are aware these new requirements will take time for fans to get used to and we thank you again for your cooperation, patience and understanding during these extraordinary times.

We look forward to welcoming you back home as soon as possible.
