We're playing a promoted side. Doesn't get much easier than that. We also have a wrong that needs to be righted in that game...

So the rumours about a crazy december schedule were correct.

8 PL games from 2 December to 1 January.

Add to that a European fixture for the top teams and maybe also a fixture in the league cup.

10 games in a month.

They will be dead on their feet.

An early issue with Tottenham's Wembley fixture list, their home match with Burnley on 26 August is on the same day as the Rugby League Challenge Cup Final. The club say there are in discussion with the Clarets over an alternative date.

Would have thought that we would have informed the Premier League about dates when Wembley is not available due to clashes with other games. If we had we might have finally been at home for the 1st game of the season!

Tough start to the season. Promoted teams usually play very well in the first 3-4 games so Saudi Sportswashing Machine away won't be easy. With Chelsea home and Everton away + plus Burnley home potentially rescheduled for later in the season we could be lagging behind the top clubs who have easier starts after the first 4 games
