funny enough scara offered me a maggie picture, as the best politican in my living memory thiss country has ever produced i was tempted. I tried for about an hour to actually upload a picture of me into the profile but im really brick with computers.

If i ever learn it i might put a cavendish one in there as i adore and worship him with every part of my being.

No offence meant Chich but many confuse "ever" with "that I have witnessed". Love her or loathe her she certainly polarises opinion, that's a legacy many politicians would love to leave.

Enoch Powell would probably be hailed as a messiah* if he was alive today.

You can never offend my gordi i like and respect you to much. All i know of powell is the river of blood speach. Now while some people would say he was making people panic and causing a storm in a tea cup to help him progress politicaly.

A lot of what he said has come true we can see that with riots at different times in cities, was he a racist? well i do not know because i do not know enough about the fella. But he had a point about untold immgration. As to him causing fear and panic to improve his lot politcally well all and i mean all of the politicans these days win through fear.

As for maggie i understand left wing people and union type people will not like her but she got this country working again and was the last PM to actually stand up for our rights in europe. I also think she would have told the americans to fudge off when they came asking for help in Iraq, not something any other PM of either party has the courage to do.

She was the last leader who actually had a plan i can understand a lot did not like her plan but all of them since have just wanted to get relected and i have no respect for them.

I have a very left wing friend who says the last great leader we had was the howard wilson because he kept us out of vietnam. He has a point.
