Fabio Paratici - Unemployed DoF (ban ends 30 June)

I think we were all level headed about it.

Levy was right to appoint him ( he must have known there was some stink), right to stand by him during the hearings and Paratici was right to resign.

And we knew it was not the end of the partnership.

These guys are a good match and if they can stick at it for a few seasons then we will make the big leap forward.

I think it is there for the taking. We’re going to both afford and attract the best players.

You would have thought after 3 years of cleaning up Mourinho's brick, the last thing he would want to do is sign-up to clean up a whole new load of Mourinho's brick.

Favorite for the AC Milan job and no prizes for guessing his managerial targets. Will no doubt be coming for some of our players, hopefully with lots of money for some we don't want any more.

Would there be space for Levy to have roles for Munn, Lange and Fabio on the same org chart?

No doubt in my mind that Lange's data driven approach with Fabio's networking and relationships skills would be a great combination. Would each of those guys give the other the opportunity to form the dream team?

If you want someone marotta is the one.

Perhaps a dangerous strategy if you're trying to mould a leadership team. Of course, Moratta could fit in perfectly and be the best thing since sliced bread. However, he could start storming with the existing team as the other end of that spectrum.

We know that Fabio and Levy work well together. We know Fabio has been in and around Lange and Munn since they joined. My feeling is that if all four of them jive, then go for it. Pay the money and trust that they would work well together.

Are you thinking that if Moratta came in, we'd need to remove Munn and / or Lange or do think they can all work together?

I would think so.

He is probably the best out of those 3 to get deals across the line.

Lange can run the data on players and get Fabio to go and watch/start up a conversation.

And Fabio can get Lange to run data on anyone he spots.

I've said before. I'd love a whole new fresh start. Levy, enic, lange, munn all gone.
Best in class from top to bottom.

The universe doesn't care about what i want. So am not going to complain or slag them off. It is what it is.

Still...

Do AC Milan have lots of money?

My view has been that I wanted Levy to do what he said and get out of football operations. He did that by appointing Munn. I also wanted more football DNA in the leadership team as I don't trust Cullen, Collecott, Caplehorn etc. What have we ever achieved with them? I also like what Munn said - it is my job to create the conditions for my reports to be successful in their roles. That is a great leadership approach.

Now Levy has made this change we need to give it 5 years. You don't put in a new leadership model and judge it after 2 years like you can with managers and players. You have to give it time.

I don't want to give 5 years. I've given 46 years already.

Ideally Munn will fall on his sword for the Ange farce, and Paratici will slot back in there.

In theory Paratici and Lange should complement each other. As you say, they have polar opposite strengths and should cover the other's weakness. Let Lange find the next Grays, Odoberts and Kinskys. While Paratici charms up the next Romeros and Kulus.

No idea what's happening with him. Media reports are all over the place.

If it was a straight choice i think he'd choose milan. Doubt it's a straight choice though.
