AFAIK, it's just two points needed, as our head to head (oo er missus) is better than Asteras. But as Partizan are out I expect a win against them, and probably a comfortable win.

Let's look at the other groups *Updated for round 5

Group A

Borussia Monchengladbach and Villarreal, unless Zurich can beat Borussia away.

Group B

Club Brugge and Torino. HJK Helsinki have to beat Brugge away to oust one of them, but they lost the home fixture against them 0-3.

Group C

Tottenham and Besiktas. Besiktas must win their final game against Tottenham to finish top.

Group D

Salzburg and Celtic

Group E

Dinamo Moscow and PSV. Estoril - PSV was abandoned at HT due to bad weather, with Estoril leading 3-2. If they win there's a small chance they can go through instead of PSV.

Group F

Inter and one of St. Etienne, Karabakh and Dnipro who are on 5, 5 and 4 points respectively. Dnipro host St. Etienne in the last round.

Group G

Two from Feyenoord, Sevilla and Rijeka. Final round is Sevilla-Rijeka and Standard Liege-Feyenoord.

Group H

Everton and Wolfsburg

Group I

Sparta Prague and Napoli are on 10 points with Young Boys on 9. Yong Boys host Sparta Prague in the last round.

Group J

Dynamo Kiev and one of Steaua (7pts) and Aalborg (9pts). Aalborg travel to Rio Ave, while Steaua host Dynamo Kiev.

Group K

Fiorentina and one of PAOK and Guingamp. PAOK host Guingamp in the final game. They are tied on points and drew 1-1 in their first meeting, but PAOK have a superior GD.

Group L

Legia Warzawa and Trabzonspor.

CL rejects are likely to be Olympiakos, Liverpool (or Basel), Monaco/Zenit, Anderlecht, Roma/City/CSKA, Ajax, Schalke/Maribor, Athletic Bilbao/BATE Borisov

With the prize being a champions league spot, it's going to be a lot harder next round.

Olympiakos, Liverpool, Zenit & Anderlecht finish 3rd in their CL group and transfer to the EL last 32.
Olympiakos guaranteed to be seeded, Liverpool will be unseeded. Seeding for Zenit & Anderlecht depends on results from other CL groups tomorrow.

You just know that we will draw Zenit at some point in this season's competition.

Yes. Celtic will definitely finish 2nd and be unseeded, so we'd have to finish top of our group for that to be possible.
We can't be drawn against other English teams or Besiktas in the next round. There are no restrictions on the draw for the last 16.

Possibility of an Everton v Liverpool tie in the Last 16 then?

If City fail to get through tonight and end in the EL, you know at least 2 of the 4 English teams will be in the same four in Monday's draw
