ENIC

It totally weakens your movement/message if you're having to use incentives to swell the crowd.

Real belief in what you are doing should be the only motivation needed.
Again, I think fair play to them
But I think of it’s not match day the crowd will be small
What is live to see still is what’s the purpose of the change … still not articulated. No outcome, just noise basically

Just catching up about the CEO announcement.

My read on it would be that Levy was doing 2 roles before Chairman (of the Board) and CEO (of the company). He has surely just handed Venkatesham the CEO role and will remain as Chairman. That should mean that the Chief Footballing Officer (CFO) should report into Venkatesham. On the commercial side, Venkatesham will eventually have an equivalent to Munn reporting to him but will probably assume those duties himself.

Munn will keep people like Ange (or replacement), Lange, Paratici etc all reporting to him as they are all football.

The only other interpretation of the role is that Levy is calling the head of commercial (Munn's equivalent) a CEO. He then has his 2 direct reports in place now for football and commercial. Seems a strange job title if that is the case.

You do wonder if (using an Ange mindstate here) if this Change For Tottenham group have been infiltrated by ENIC "actors" to make them look so stupid as to render any "ENIC Out" arguments they bring will be shunned before anyone gets a chance to think about any details...i mean blocking the club shop? Really??

I think it’s more likely they have been infiltrated by Gooners and grifters

First option is more likely, nothing unusual, company has outgrown the one guy doing many hats era.

I also think it's having a slightly bigger working group to make key decisions on, e.g. manager.

Still some question re Munn and the noise re Paratici as well
